The European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF) is an environmental partner of 1% for the Planet, an alliance of more than 6,000 business and individual members that give back to support environmental organisations. ECF is eligible to receive donations from 1% for the Planet business and individual members.
1% for the Planet is a global organisation that exists to ensure our planet and future generations thrive. It inspires businesses and individuals to support environmental partners through membership and everyday actions. It makes environmental giving easy and effective through partnership advising, impact storytelling and third-party certification.

Why support ECF?
ECF works for a healthier planet by promoting more and better cycling for all. Responsible for a quarter of Europe’s carbon emissions, the transport sector is one of the only sectors where emissions continue to grow. A major shift from private car travel to truly sustainable transport modes like cycling will be key to avoid catastrophic climate change.

How to support ECF through 1% for the Planet
Businesses: Businesses that join 1% for the Planet commit to giving 1% of gross sales each year to our approved environmental partners through a variety of support.
Individuals: Individuals are a growing part of the 1% for the Planet movement. Anyone can join and donate 1% of their salary to our environmental partners via monetary donations and/or volunteer support.
