| The regional tourist organisation in SW Finland, Turku TouRing, has produced two package tours for cyclists for the summer 2002. You can either bike ”Around the Arcipelago Sea” by using 11 different ferries or connection vessels or choose the tour ”Kökar and Turunmaa”, which brings you to the remote Aland island Kökar. Both tours start and end in Turku and include four nights in double rooms in bed&breakfast places or hotels, all ship and ferry crossings, a detailed itinerary in German, maps and, if needed, a bicycle with bags (charged extra). Even single rooms are available. Days of departure are in the first tour Sundays from 2.6. to 4.8., in the second tour Saturdays and Wednesdays from 1.6. to 10.8.2002. Prices from 185 EUR per person in double rooms, in low season from 165 EUR. A brochure is available in Finnish and German languages. |
