| If the weather allows, the easiest way to see Copenhagen is by bicycle – there can’t be many cities in the world with more bicycles per head of population than Copenhagen (perhaps with the exception of Beijing…). In fact, Copenhagen has made 1300 bicycles freely available for public use – providing a fast, easy way to get around. And for those who are more comfort-oriented, there are also ”bicycle taxis”. Malmö, which lies only 34 minutes from Copenhagen and has become a virtual extension of the city, is best seen on foot – also on a Sunday, when the shops stay open. |
