Saturday, on 5th July will be organized a Second cycling marathon on the island of Pag.
The meaning of this event is touristic more than sport, and until now this is the only chance to ride across the island with a bigger group of cyclists and with police escort. The route is combined, asphalt and gravel paths mostly thru south of island, with three stops for refreshment and rest, with length of 50 km.
The touristic character of Pag Marathon is obvious thru entertainment evening after finish, with numerous awards for cyclists(the youngest, the oldest, the most original rider and so on). Every cyclist will enjoy in beautifull nature of island Pag and relaxing ride with lot of fun will surely remain one of the nicest memory from Holidays on Adriatic Cost.
