Cycle touring on the North Sea is relaxing and an extraordinary pleasure. The most demanding stretch is the international North Sea Cycle Route (NSCR), the North Sea Coastal Cycle Route. One can go around the entire North Sea on it. In Schleswig-Holstein territory it extends from Hamburg to the Danish border, mostly following the dyke line. What cycle tourists can expect on this completely signposted route, which smaller tours await them left and right of the North Sea Coastal Route, can now be found in the new brochure “Mit Rad und Tat” ´With Bike and Action´. The 24 page brochure is richly illustrated and provided with many maps. In the main part the towns of Brunsbuettel, Friedrichskoog, St. Michaelisdonn, Buesum, St. Peter-Ording, Husum and the Dithmarschen District as well as Nordstrand, Foehr and Amrum present their sights and possible cycle tours.
