| 20.03.2007Albergabici, the network of cyclists´ friendly accommodations is now in English |
FIAB Albergabici® service proposes to all the tourist accommodation structures in Italy ( hotels, agritourisms, bed & breakfasts, camping sites, etc.) which offer services in favour of cyclists and feel “Friends of the Bicycle” to make themselves know in the cycle-tourism. Albergabici’s goal isn’t that to certificate if structures are suitable for cyclists, but to put on web useful information, otherwise difficult to find, for who travels by bicycle or simply wants to carry out day trips in their vacation sites.
You can even find out if in such city there is a signalled hotel that has a covered and safe shelter for your bicycles, if it has a small repair shop or cycle rental shop, if they serve different menus for cyclists or guides at people’s disposals, the distance from train stations, and not last, if the structure offers discounts and particular services for Fiab members. Data is inserted from the single structures and have to be updated at least once a year, guaranteeing a precise information.
