“Best for bike” award for the most bicycle-friendly personality of the year 2006
Lord Mayor of Munich, Christian Ude, was awarded the “best for bike” prize as the most bicycle-friendly personality of the year 2006 at the international IFMA bicycle fair in Cologne on 14.09.2006. This renowned German bicycle prize was handed over by the parliamentary Secretary of State, Ulrich Kasparick, Federal Ministry for Transport, Construction and Urban Development, and Albert Herresthal, Registered Association of Self-administrated Bicycle Companies.
