The route network of long-distance cycle paths and regional cycle routes in Brandenburg measures around 4,000 kilometres: these include classics like the Spree Cycle Route, the Elbe Cycle Route, the Oder-Neisse Cycle Route or the Berlin-Copenhagen Cycle Route, but also new entries like the Prince Pückler Cycle Route opened last year. The latest product is the Berlin-Usedom Cycle Route, which is already ridable for cyclists in Brandenburg. To make it even easier in the future to gain an overview of the wide range of offers the TMB Tourism Marketing Brandenburg Ltd has now published the map “Brandenburg Bike District", which - folded down from A1 to A5 format - contains a wealth of useful information: the large general map indicates the course of all 13 long-distance cycle routes throughout the state and of altogether 16 regional cycle routes in Brandenburg. Information like length of legs, route descriptions with wayside sights, railway stations, contact and information addresses as well as recommended maps are provided for each cycle route. |
